MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Assignment

Carry out maintenance operations on the production base so that equipment may be available

Main activities

  • Analyzing the causes of malfunctioning and troubleshooting equipment, utilities and infrastructures
  • Carrying out the interventions provided for in the preventive maintenance plan
  • Drafting intervention reports and updating technical literature
  • Taking part in new equipment commissioning
  • Providing technical support to the production teams
  • Proposing and implementing modifications and/or adjustments for improving equipment (reliability, quality, safety, performance)

Profile

  • 2-year training in industrial maintenance with development of multidisciplinary technical knowledge: mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, automatism, etc. as well as maintenance methodology
  • Knowledge of health, safety and quality rules and regulations in effect in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and/or agri-food industries would be appreciated
  • Skilled in office automation tools and Computer-Aided Maintenance software (CAM)
  • Technical English
  • Flexibility, team spirit, responsiveness and anticipation, business acumen, customer service acumen, analytical ability, precision
