Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies for one or several products

Main activities

  • Collecting and analyzing all quantitative and qualitative information from the market
  • Defining the internationally-focused marketing strategies
  • Coordinating new product launches on priority markets
  • Ensuring the availability of products, from the moment specifications are drafted until they are launched on the market, in conjunction with the departments involved (production, distribution and sales promotion)
  • Proposing product enhancements (packaging, communication, positioning) and appropriate promotional platforms
  • Organizing international events
  • Involved in defining the strategy for current and/or tomorrow’s products
  • Establishing the budget and analyzing sales


  • Higher education in science (pharmacist or Masters) and/or marketing training
  • Experience in marketing, product communication
  • Commercial experience (sales, training) appreciated
  • Fluent English
  • Persuasion
  • Analytical ability, creativity, innovativeness, open-mindedness, curious
  • Responsiveness, anticipation and business acumen
