Define and manage the implementation of the quality policy using organizational methods

Main activities

  • Defining procedures, processes and standard documents describing the activities pursuant to regulations in effect
  • Managing and improving the quality management system by implementing measuring systems and performance indicators
  • Carrying out audits (internal and external), implementing corrective and/or preventive actions and their follow-ups
  • Training staff in relevant procedures, instructions and regulations
  • Presenting and monitoring inspections undertaken by regulatory authorities in conjunction with the operational staff concerned
  • Managing quality assurance officers, quality assurance auditors and/or quality assurance technicians


  • Higher scientific and/or quality training (for certain positions, a PHD in Pharmacy is required)
  • Proven quality assurance experience
  • Knowledge of quality standards in effect in the pharmaceutical and/or dermo-cosmetics industries
  • Proficiency in English
  • Rigor, persuasion, flexibility
