Propose and implement a sales strategy for achieving our growth objectives

Main activities

  • Defining the sales strategy in agreement with Brand Management: number of customers, sales conditions, partnerships, group accounts management (except for pharmacies). Implementing resources required for reselling
  • Establishing and proposing the budget for France in conjunction with the Network Directors and the Marketing Director for France
  • Ensuring that the budget is implemented
  • Involved in establishing the budget for the Brand
  • Establishing the campaign plans, in accordance with Brand strategy, in conjunction with the Marketing Director for France and the Network Directors
  • Regularly liaising with worldwide marketing, ensuring that worldwide concepts are appropriately implemented for France and that pertinent information about France is forwarded to them
  • Managing the team made up of Network Directors and the Marketing Director for France
  • Defining a remuneration, training and motivation policy for network staff in conjunction with the Network Directors and Human Resources Management


  • Pharmacist training + postgraduate training/ higher training in business/ management/ marketing
  • Experience in sales, operational marketing, profit center development, management experience
  • Ability to manage a team, business acumen
  • Persuasion, analytical ability
