An interfacing role that facilitates decision-making for local management

Main activities

  • Establishing local financial statements pursuant to country standards and to Group financial statements
  • Carrying out management analysis and making management and decision-making tools available to local management
  • Offering advice to management of subsidiaries concerning the financial aspects of their strategic choices
  • Ensuring that local accounting is maintained, managing the treasury and optimizing financial flows
  • Preparing, selecting and transmitting the information required for external and internal audits
  • Providing regulatory intelligence and optimizing tools and processes

Profile

  • 5 years training in management/finance
  • At least 5 to 8 years of proven experience in financial management
  • Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and tax mechanisms
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strategic vision, ability to summarize, rigor and ability to manage a team

Subsidiary Administrative and Financial Director at Pierre Fabre Laboratories:

The Subsidiary Administrative and Financial Director may also be responsible for implementing IS management and may occasionally manage subsidiary human resources as well as sales administration and logistics.
