Data & Analytics Officer M/W

Your mission

Reporting to the CRM / Data Manager, the Data Analyst works closely with brands and countries and will have the main task of exploiting, analysing digital data from all digital ecosystems deployed in the countries and making operational recommendations to them.

As such, you:

- Perform regular analyses of the dashboards that will be made available to you :
- Write reports and make recommendations to optimize digital ecosystems
- Establish and monitor action plans with countries to optimize their local actions
- Advise business teams on the definition of their KPIs and the use of their data
- Acculturate teams on performance measurement
- Perform in-depth ad hoc analyses as part of the use case process
- Be a force of proposal to make dashboards evolve and integrate new data sources and KPIs that respond to the evolution of digital ecosystems


Expected profile

- Master's degree in statistics or digital marketing (or equivalent knowledge acquired through professional experience)
- Prior experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in the digital marketing field or in a digital consulting agency
- Advanced English (C1)
- Knowledge of SQL language and understanding of relational database modeling would be additional
- Mastery of web analysis tools
- Ability to evolve in a multi-stakeholder environment and to play an interface role
- Autonomy, priority management and organizational skills
- Analytical and synthetic mind
- Sense of customer service, adaptability
- Ability to communicate and popularize digital subjects
- Knowledge of digital architecture and the mastery of a restitution tool (Table, Python...) is a plus
- Proven analytical skills and a taste for challenge
- Has a global vision of the data life cycle
