Market Access Manager

Your mission

Within the Market Access Department and under the responsibility of the International Director, with dotted line to the Operations Director, you will act as a Market Access Expert.

More specifically, your main tasks will be:

- Participate in the market access strategy, including the definition of price potential and the refundability of products according to geographical scope;
- Contribute to the implementation of the strategy for portfolio products and evaluations within the framework of potential development and/or commercialization partnerships;
- Define global market access plans, integration into clinical development plans and commercial plans as well as their local implementation in collaboration with country market access representatives;
- Ensure the operationalization of market access plans and control the rules for calculating prices and the potential international impact;
- Support market access representatives of countries in the preparation of their HTA and price/reimbursement bidding documents until the publication of the marketing conditions and ensure cross-functional validation of the price and reimbursement conditions according to the internal process;

Expected profile

-Preferably a doctor or a pharmacist; Bachelor's degree in medical sciences or health economics;
-More than 3 years' experience in international market access with significant experience in activities similar to those described in the missions; experience in oncology is a plus;
-Knowledge of health systems, especially in Europe;
-Understanding of the evaluation processes, methodologies and needs of HTA/Payers agencies; experience in evaluating the pricing and reimbursement environment, HTA evaluations, Payer Advisory Boards, interviews with Payers, pricing strategies, launch sequences, Global Value dossiers and messages and constituent elements, applicability of HEOR evaluations to obtaining price conditions and reimbursement;
-Experience in the development of global market access strategies and sequences, and local declination;
-Project management skills, autonomy, adaptability, and coordination skills;
-Ability to collaborate with various transversal functions, globally and locally;
-Understanding of written and oral English is necessary;
