Associate Brand Manager

Your mission

This VIE mission will consist in 3 main phases, supporting all marketing efforts that drive sales and market share growth for Glytone, Ducray and Rene Furterer in the US.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Help develop and execute 360 marketing programs and initiatives in partnership with the Sr. Brand Manager, Marketing Director and cross-functional teams (Logistics, Sales, Education, Merchandising and Digital)
• Provide overall support to marketing department on day-to-day responsibilities and key launches
• Maintain marketing calendar planning for key campaigns & launches
• Assist in preparation for all PR materials (launches and on-going support)
• Be point-of-contact for creative project feedback within Marketing team and work directly with Creative Agencies
• Actively monitors the competitive landscape: Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
• Participate in development of digital marketing and website management
• Act as marketing liaison to field sales team
• Support the Marketing Team on all presentation and administrative tasks
• Other duties as requested by the Business

Expected profile

• 2+ years' experience in marketing role, beauty preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
• Must have a passion for the Beauty Industry
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accuracy; able to detect inconsistencies and errors with keen attention to detail
• Analytical, passionate, and innovative with experience in brand marketing and content development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and adaptable to change
• Proactive and self-starter, high degree of initiative thinking and independence
• Ability to efficiently work within a team environment
• Resourceful and creative problem solver – at times with little direction/oversight
• Positive attitude with an excitement for learning, open to new experiences and challenges
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• French language skills a plus but not required
