International Brand Lead Oncology H/F

Your mission

Reporting to the Head Global Marketing Oncology as International Brand Lead Melanoma you work in the Pierre Fabre Oncology Franchise. You drive the development and implementation of the global brand strategies and tactics of our new oncology product in Melanoma. To achieve those objectives, you interact efficiently and regularly with cross-functional teams such as Market Access, Evidence Generation R&D, Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs as well as the oncology teams in the affiliates particularly the BU Heads and Marketing Leads. Your Melanoma Marketing team is currently composed of two International Product Managers reporting to you.

Roles and responsibilities :

Brand Strategy

•       Develop and execute global brand strategy for Melanoma

•       Lead Global Brand Team Melanoma (Medical, Market Access, International Coordination/Sales, Marketing, Business Analysis)

Brand Planning

•       Develop Global Brand Plan for Melanoma

•       Implement global tactical plan

•       Develop country brand plan template

•       Validate brand plans for key countries

Branding & Promotional Communication

•       Develop new global promotional materials for Melanoma

•       Define and guide creative agencies and other vendors

•       Develop patient centric digital initiatives        

•       Work with the business analysis/market research team to set up all the market research and analyses needed to better understand insights of the Melanoma market 
•       Respect internal and external rules and guidelines and ensure that all activities are implemented according to the medical, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

Sales Forecasting
•       Develop Melanoma sales forecast
•       Liaise with country responsible to provide and update realistic forecast of sales in melanoma
External Expert/ KOL Engagement
•       Develop and execute global engagement strategy in melanoma
•       Plan and execute global Advisory Boards, provide guidance and support for countries for local Ad Boards
•       Function as interface for Medical Affairs for scientific platform/publication plan in Melanoma
Dermatology plan
•       Ensure implementation of transversal project with the Dermo-cosmetics and Dermatology Franchise
Cross-functional alignment
•       Drive cross-functional alignment especially with Medical Affairs and Market Access/Evidence Generation
Budget
•       Define and track Melanoma budget with Global Brand Team
Country Collaboration
·         Follow up and track countries (launch) performance and oversee country launch preparations and operational planning
Collaboration with US partner

Expected profile

You are a pharmacist, physician or scientist, a degree of a junior MBA of a business school, MBA or PhD would be a plus. You have 8-10 years of experience in pharma marketing, ideally in an international position, sales experience would be a plus. You have expertise in oncology, experience in melanoma would be a plus. Advanced knowledge in all aspects of (global) marketing and brand management, incl. brand planning, messaging, forecasting, market analysis is a pre-requisite.
 
You can drive cross-functional projects and effectively manage project plans and meetings. You have strong hands-on mentality and a passion for operational work, coupled with strategic thinking and planning experience, structured working style and strong analytical skills.
