2023 Annual Report: Taking care of you helps us advance

In 2023, we have chosen to tell you a shared story through our annual report: that of a Group convinced that “Taking care of you helps us advance,” and which places this conviction at the heart of its action.

Divided into three chapters, this report first reviews the Group’s fundamentals and takes stock of the strategy implemented to take care of everyone and contribute at our level to “making the world a better place” to benefit our patients and consumers.
In the second chapter, (re)discover an overview of our activities, and four stories that depict our daily action “to take care of you”: in terms of innovation, hand in hand with health professionals, patients and consumers, by placing prevention at the heart of our comprehensive approach to care.
And because “progress for the benefit of the common good” is a concern rooted in our genes and in our history, the third chapter highlights the way in which the Group implements its CSR policy and demonstrates its sense of commitment to the well-being of its local regions, employees and stakeholders.
Throughout the report, you will find eight shared stories, portraits of employees and stakeholders who are all concrete illustrations of what we have been committed to being for the last 60 years: humanist innovators.
