We are part of the global Pierre Fabre Group, and from time to time it will be necessary to share your Personal Information with Our affiliated businesses when necessary for the purposes set out listed. Our affiliated businesses and their domicile are :

For transfers to other Pierre Fabre Group outside Australia or the EEA, We have put in place and intragroup Data Transfer Agreement based on the EU Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses as they may be updated or revised, which protect Personal Information transferred between Pierre Fabre entities.
