Ethics and compliance are a cornerstone of Laboratoires Pierre Fabre’s culture and governance.
They embody the commitment to integrity, accountability, and transparency inherited from our founder, and guide our conduct across all our operations, both in France and internationally. The documents presented below are the key references for the Ethics and Compliance framework. They define the common principles, applicable rules, and operational guidelines designed to support the Group’s employees and partners.

The Pierre Fabre Laboratories Code of Ethics serves as the foundation for our Ethics and Compliance program. It sets forth the fundamental principles and rules of conduct applicable to all employees and partners, with the aim of guiding day-to-day decisions and professional practices beyond mere compliance with legal obligations.

The Code of Conduct guides employees in preventing ethical and compliance risks. It helps identify sensitive situations and outlines expected behaviors, particularly regarding corruption, conflicts of interest, and business relationships, in line with the principles of the Ethics Charter.

The 3P Code – Business Partners sets forth the ethical and compliance requirements expected of Pierre Fabre Laboratories’ suppliers, service providers, and partners. It reflects the Group’s commitment to building responsible relationships based on integrity, compliance with the law, and shared values.

The Data Charter sets forth the principles and expected conduct regarding data access and information processing. As an extension of the Code of Ethics, it aims to ensure the responsible, secure, and compliant use of data, while respecting individuals and applicable regulations.

The Artificial Intelligence Ethics Charter governs the use of AI technologies within the Group. Its purpose is to promote responsible, transparent, and controlled use of these technologies, in line with the humanistic values of Pierre Fabre Laboratories and applicable regulatory requirements.
