Cette Charte a été signée en 2014 entre le LEEM et le CEPS. Elle a pour objet de fixer les conditions de l’information promotionnelle et de renforcer la qualité de l’information délivrée sur les médicaments afin d’en assurer le bon usage. Conformément à cette charte, nous avons mis en place une Politique Qualité et un système qualité complet pour encadrer ces activités au sein de notre entreprise. Pierre Fabre Médicament est certifié par AFNOR Certification pour ses activités d’information promotionnelle sur les médicaments, en tant qu’Exploitant et en co-promotion, selon le référentiel de certification mis en place par la Haute Autorité de Santé.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale are a contractual document that defines the rules and modalities under which the Pierre Fabre Group offers the manufacturing and/or supply of products and/or services to its customers. They establish the rights and obligations of Pierre Fabre (as the seller) and the customer, and include information on prices, payment terms, delivery, warranties, liabilities, confidentiality, ethics, and data protection. The general terms and conditions of sale shall be accepted by the customer before the sale to ensure transparency and legal security. They shall be referenced in the quotation provided by the Pierre Fabre Group and included in the purchase order.
