The compliance audit carried out by AccessProd found that:

  • The average compliance rate of the online service is 82.6%. This corresponds to the average compliance rate achieved across each page in the audit sample.

  • Videos are not always captioned when required.
  • The YouTube video player is not fully compatible with assistive technologies.
  • Some links are not sufficiently descriptive and are poorly announced by assistive technologies.

  • An invisible link can receive keyboard focus in the “News” page template.
  • Downloadable files are not all compatible with assistive technologies and do not always have an accessible alternative available on the website.
