Laboratoires Pierre Fabre increases its stake in MiYé to accelerate its growth in pharmacies

Paris, July 8, 2026 – Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, a leading international pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics player, has announced a second round of investment in MiYé, a pioneer in skincare and micronutrition dedicated to female hormonal balance, through its Pierre Fabre Invest fund. This new round of funding aims to expedite the brand’s growth in pharmacies and among healthcare professionals. Following this transaction, Pierre Fabre Invest holds 38% of MiYé.
Already committed to MiYé through a first round of funding in 2023, Laboratoires Pierre Fabre reaffirms its ambition to support innovative initiatives that promote women’s health, a major public health issue that is still inadequately addressed.
Founded in 2020 by Caroline Lanson and Anna Oualid, MiYé develops a comprehensive and scientific approach to women’s hormonal well-being, combining dermo-cosmetics and dietary supplements to help women better manage their hormonal fluctuations and improve their quality of life, from puberty to menopause. The brand currently markets a range of 17 organic, vegan, and natural products, formulated with rigorously selected active ingredients: adaptogenic plants, probiotics, micronutrients, and ingredients derived from green biotechnology.
MiYé products are currently distributed through its e commerce website and in over 300 points of sale. The brand has also been selected by two health insurance companies for dietary supplement reimbursement programs, further strengthening its credibility in this market.
Boosting growth in pharmacies and strengthening scientific expertise
Following its initial funding round in 2023 with Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, MiYé was able to begin its rollout in pharmacies and conduct large-scale trials. Thanks to this first phase, the brand is now listed in major French pharmacies. The brand has opted for a selective rollout, prioritizing pharmacies committed to providing advice and willing to promote MiYé’s expertise.
This investment marks a new milestone in its growth strategy. MiYé aims to quadruple its network of partner pharmacies by 2027 and then increase it eightfold by 2028. It also aims to strengthen its network of over 2,000 prescribers and caregivers (gynecologists, midwives, and other healthcare professionals).
This investment will also support the recruitment of 10 new employees and the development of three new product lines by September 2027, including the launch of an In & Out collagen duo dedicated to age-related metabolic loss.
