2018 - French startup BioSerenity and Pierre Fabre worked together on codevelopment, market access, and distribution for a connected medical device in the field of urology.

2019-2021 - Biotech company PUMA Biotechnology and Pierre Fabre joined forces to develop and internationally market a second-line treatment for breast cancer.

2020- The EspeRare Foundation Foundation and Pierre Fabre formed an alliance to develop an innovative treatment targeting XLHED, a rare form of ectodermal dysplasia, using in utero administration to correct the genetic disease before the baby is born.
