Audrey Ricard Campion joins Pierre Fabre Laboratories as Head of Research and Development Dermo-Cosmetics

Toulouse, June 20, 2025 - Pierre Fabre Laboratories announces the appointment of Audrey Ricard Campion as Head of Research and Development for its Dermo-Cosmetics & Personal Care business. Reporting to Frédéric Ennabli, CEO of Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics, she will join the Executive Committee and will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s innovation strategy.
An engineering graduate in physics and chemistry, Audrey Ricard Campion has acquired in-depth expertise in the science of skin over the course of her career. Her work, characterized by the encapsulation and vectorization of active ingredients and pigments, as well as the use of adhesive polymers, has given rise to numerous patents, particularly in the fields of photoprotection and facial skincare.
Audrey will now be putting her experience to work for Pierre Fabre Laboratories' Dermo-Cosmetics & Personal Care portfolio, which includes major international brands such as Eau Thermale Avène, Ducray, Klorane, A-Derma, René Furterer and Elgydium.
Audrey Ricard Campion will be based at the Pierre Fabre Innovation Center, on the Oncopole campus in Toulouse. She will head up an organization of 420 employees based mainly in Toulouse, as well as in the innovation centers in Shanghai, specializing in Asian skin types, and Rio de Janeiro, specializing in skin types found in South America.
She will be able to draw on multidisciplinary expertise, including biology, clinical pharmacology, biotechnology and formulation, to support priority fields of research such as sun protection, acne treatment, atopy, skin repair and alopecia.
