• Could you please introduce yourself?
I'm Pawel Pedrasik. I have been working as an MSL in Pierre Fabre Company Poland for five years.
• What is your professional background before being an MSL?
As I worked as a paramedic physiotherapist in the hospital more than ten years, I have a very solid medical background. Later on, I moved to the medical company. Five years ago, I decided to move to the medical department and I work as an MSL.
• How would you define the MSL role?
The role of the MSL is to serve as the scientific liaison with key opinion leaders.
• What do you like about being an MSL?
Be an important part of cross-functional team, offering professional scientific help.
• What is the most difficult thing for you about being an MSL?
As I really like working with people, I find this job really rewarding. Difficult part for me is everyday’s paperwork.
• What is the essential quality of an MSL for you?
Reliable expertise in the area I’m responsible for.
• What motivates you to get up in the morning as an MSL?
It is another fantastic day at work of course.
• What is your most beautiful emotion experienced as an MSL?
The most beautiful emotion I experienced working as an MSL is happiness and satisfaction.
• Any words or advice for someone wanting to become an MSL?
