The purpose of this Code of Conduct is, on the one hand to help employees in the Pierre Fabre Group identify various types of behaviour that should be prohibited, and which are likely to be seen as Corruption or influence-peddling or attempts to corrupt by applying international agreements or applicable national legislation, and, on the other hand to prevent conflicts of Interest which may result in Corruption. Practical and illustrated, it must allow employees to adopt a behaviour and make decisions in accordance with the stipulations of the Code of Ethics.

This Code of Ethics clarifies the rules each employee or partner must follow to ensure they act and make responsible decisions in their daily tasks and activities. As such, beyond merely complying with legislation, this Code should help each person use good judgement and behave in the expected and appropriately ethical way as a reflection of our vision and values as part of our on-going quest for sustainable development.

This Data Charter is an extension of the Ethics Charter, specifying the expected behaviour of Pierre Fabre employees regarding access to Data and its uses in all of Pierre Fabre's activities and operational processes.
