The purpose of this Code of Conduct is, on the one hand to help employees in the Pierre Fabre Group identify various types of behaviour that should be prohibited, and which are likely to be seen as Corruption or influence-peddling or attempts to corrupt by applying international agreements or applicable national legislation, and, on the other hand to prevent conflicts of Interest which may result in Corruption. Practical and illustrated, it must allow employees to adopt a behaviour and make decisions in accordance with the stipulations of the Code of Ethics. - CODE OF ETHICS
This Code of Ethics clarifies the rules each employee or partner must follow to ensure they act and make responsible decisions in their daily tasks and activities. As such, beyond merely complying with legislation, this Code should help each person use good judgement and behave in the expected and appropriately ethical way as a reflection of our vision and values as part of our on-going quest for sustainable development. - THIRD-PARTY CODE 3P
Third-Party Code or 3P code contains ethical standards, behaviors, societal concerns, laws, regulations and codes that apply to PF business.
Pierre Fabre expects the same engagement from its business partners and is determined to work only with third-party companies that share these values and commitments. Pierre Fabre expects its 3Ps to adopt and apply the 3P Code in all activities related to Pierre Fabre and to implement all necessary policies, procedures, systems, education, issue-reporting and control mechanisms to ensure the 3P Code and its valuers are applied effectively. - DATA CHARTER

The general terms and conditions of sale shall be accepted by the customer before the sale to ensure transparency and legal security.
