Pierre Fabre Laboratories launches the "We Care Movement," its new employer brand

21 October 2025

Castres, October 21, 2025. Pierre Fabre Laboratories is proud to unveil its new employer brand: the "We Care Movement."

The "We Care Movement" is the culmination of a strategic review carried out in 2024 with the Peopleroom agency. An audit made it possible to listen to all the stakeholders (employees, managers, directors, candidates, schools and recruitment agencies), to understand what was both the perceived and the desired image of the company. This in-depth analysis led to the creation of a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP), a signature, and an original visual identity. The campaign was produced by the Little Stories agency, which produced a manifesto film, a series of posters and a LinkedIn campaign featuring actors chosen from among the company's employees, with a view to representing all of them.

The campaign aims to attract talent with a passion for medical or dermo-cosmetic innovation, health, and caring for others. In 2024, the company recruited 1,500 people worldwide to support its continued growth in more than 120 countries. In France, no fewer than 300 apprentices and 200 interns were taken on, underlining the company's commitment to training and integrating young talent. Employees discover an environment where their personal values resonate with those of the company: creativity, excellence, integrity, responsibility, and humanism.
