is a patented and innovative coating process using lipidic agent and leading to a uniform and homogeneous layer without agglomeration.

Main application is taste masking of API but FORMULCOAT® can also be used for controlled or targeted release, to protect a sensitive API or to isolate it from another reactive molecule in a pharmaceutical formulation.

is a complexation process to improve the solubility and bioavailability of a poorly soluble active ingredient.

This complexation process by cyclodextrins differs from other complexation processes. It is performed in supercritical CO2 medium. The results are often higher than those obtained by other techniques of complexation.

is a one step process using supercritical CO2 as a solvent to incorporate an active ingredient in an excipient matrix. 

Process without organic solvent, it allows to obtain a complete and stable amorphization at low temperature and without mechanical stress. We use GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) polymeric excipients for oral formulations. 
A pre-formulated product is obtained with an enhanced functionality of the excipient: improvement of binder agents, super-disintegrating, stabilizers.

Cleaning of Medical Device

The properties of Supercritical CO2  are particularly well adapted to degrease in depth medical components without toxic chemical solvent. There is no drying step and no solvent residue after extraction and the mechanical properties of components treated by SC CO2 are preserved.
