The Pierre Fabre Group has been providing support to health care professionals for years and takes action alongside patients, giving them the possibility to play a more active role in caring for their health or treating their illnesses.

A company foundation dedicated to the fight against Eczema
Because eczema is one of the most common skin conditions, because it significantly lowers the quality of life for millions of children and their families, and because much research is still required to unravel all the mysteries.
Acting to lighten the load of illness
The Pierre Fabre Eczema Foundation is a company foundation dedicated to the fight against Eczema. Since 2004, it has been working to provide patients and families with information on the condition and its treatment, to lighten the load.
The Foundation sets up partnerships with health care professionals to develop therapeutic education initiatives worldwide.
Training health care professionals
Since October 2018, the Pierre Fabre Eczema Foundation has been offering pharmacy teams training in better patient treatment, via the 7 PPP Training* modules available online.

Support for regional health care projects
The Pierre Fabre Group helps run regional public health care projects. The aim is to help improve the treatment of patients, in line with local needs and in collaboration with health care professionals, institutions and patient organizations.
The regional health care project managers for the Pierre Fabre Group support awareness-raising, prevention and detection actions tailored to patients and patient associations.
These projects may be applied to chronic illnesses such as type 2 diabetes, respiratory illnesses, urinary incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia or lung, bladder, breast and skin cancers.

Since 2016, the Pierre Fabre Group has been providing corporate support to the SPS organization (care for health care professionals). This support takes the form of assistance in organizing its annual symposium.

Adapted Physical Activity, based on health and physical condition is a global public health care priority for fighting sedentary lifestyles
Responsible for 5 million deaths worldwide according to the WHO, a sedentary lifestyle is considered the main cause of 20-30% of serious diseases such as cancers, diabetes and cardiovascular conditions.
To counter this devastating trend, the Pierre Fabre Group supports French doctors in the prescription of adapted physical activity for their patients.

Physical activity, a treatment in its own right
Taking up a regular physical activity adapted to the health of each individual can prevent and treat chronic illnesses.
Adapted Physical Activity based on health and physical condition has been recognized as a treatment since 2015 by the "Sport on prescription" amendment in the context of the French bill to modernize the health care system.
In line with our mission, the Pierre Fabre Group encourages and supports the prescription of physical activity as a treatment in its own right.
Feelcaps: an app to encourage physical activity
To support the prescription of Adapted Physical Activity based on health and physical condition and its application among patients suffering from chronic illnesses, atopic dermatitis and even cancer, the Pierre Fabre Group has developed FEELCAPS (online therapeutic education training on the contribution of Adapted Physical Activity to overall good health), an educational, free, secure app.
FEELCAPS is only accessible to patients via their health care professionals. Bring it up!

My step is an event supported by the Pierre Fabre Group, created and designed by the French Thorax Institute and the French Physical and Sporting Activity Techniques and Sciences Research and Training Units, with the aim of informing the general public of the benefits of physical activity in terms of health, and promoting interaction between health care professionals
