Venaïg Solinhac Joins Laboratoires Pierre Fabre as CEO of Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmetics and Personal Care

1 July 2026

Lavaur (France), July 1, 2026 – Laboratoires Pierre Fabre announces the appointment of Venaïg  Solinhac as CEO of its Dermo‑Cosmetics and Personal Care division. In this role, she joins the executive committee of Laboratoires Pierre Fabre and reports to Eric Ducournau, Group CEO.

Venaïg Solinhac brings more than 20 years of international experience driving growth and transformation for global leaders in consumer healthcare, consumer goods, and venture capital.

She has held key executive positions at Kenvue, notably as Global Vice President of Baby Care (based in New York) and Vice President of Essential Health Asia Pacific (based in Singapore). There, she delivered tangible results: the global relaunch of Johnson’s Baby, the revitalization of Listerine in Asia‑Pacific, and the rollout of large-scale digital and commercial acceleration programs.

Previously, she spent 15 years at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, where she held local, regional, and global leadership roles across four continents. There, she led transformative portfolio and digitalization initiatives, contributing to the growth of major brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Centrum, and Parodontax.

As part of the Scale Up 2032 plan, Venaïg  Solinhac will lead the development and implementation of the strategy for Pierre Fabre’s Dermo‑Cosmetics and Personal Care division—Eau Thermale Avène, Ducray, A‑Derma, Klorane, René Furterer, Darrow, MÊME Cosmetics, and Pierre Fabre Oral Care.

Backed by recommendations from dermatologists and pharmacists, these brands deliver expert, recognized solutions with high clinical value for sensitive and compromised skin (wound healing, eczema, acne, and the effects of cancer treatments), as well as leading solutions in oral health.

In 2025, the business generated revenue of 1.711 billion euros (+2.6% vs. 2024), up +4.4% (at constant exchange rates).

CEO

The dermo-cosmetics market is growing faster than other segments, and Pierre Fabre is positioned as one of the global leaders in this sector, with brands recognized and recommended by doctors and pharmacists worldwide. Against a backdrop of emerging strong local brands and consumers losing their bearings amid a growing range of products, Venaïg  joins us with her very diverse international expertise and her deep experience of understanding true consumer needs, to accelerate our growth.

I am thrilled to join Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, a company with a unique identity, built on scientific excellence and a deeply rooted commitment to people.

What resonates most with me is the trust that consumers and healthcare professionals place in our iconic brands such as Avène, Ducray, and Klorane. Behind that trust lies decades of scientific rigor, as well as a constant focus on understanding and addressing people's needs every day.

My ambition is to build on this remarkable legacy by working with our teams to develop even more specialized and innovative brands, helping more consumers around the world care for their skin, hair, and oral health.
